Sanding the deck

All the sanding is finished now. First I sanded it with
80 grit, then finished it off with 120. The sand paper I used
was called Mirka Gold, it really takes the wood off fast.
Next, I need to put some putty in a couple cracks
and do a fine sand. Then it'll be about ready for the
fiberglass!
Finished!! after four and a half hours,
25 sanding disks and some clogged sinus's
Half finished the sanding!

Before starting to sand. It looks really gunky :D
All out!! Over 1000 staples and 4 hours of pulling :)
Now Im almost ready to start sanding the deck. First Im
going to hot glue the deck down to the hull. That way when I
sand and fiberglass it, I can be sure the deck will fight nicely
to the hull when its all finished.
Time to take out all the staples! In this picture all
the staples are jacked up. First I pop them all up with a sharp
screwdriver, then us pliers to pull them all the way out.

  1. How long did it take to make the whole thing, and how much do you sell it for?
